These pillows are stuffed with Shaker lavender and recycled Poly-fil; giving your room a fragrant calming effect while also providing comfort as a usable pillow. The intricate embroidered butterfly linen runner was cut in half to give an envelope fold cover to each pillow and are paired with cloth napkins that have been acid dyed with Shibori patterns (fold and dye technique). Reclaimed vintage textiles with handwork that were screaming for rejuvination! Wife & husband team Jamie Ribisi-Braley and Brian Braley of Auburn, ME salvaged the materials in this everyday zipper tote bag from a beautiful antique quilt square with a tree of life as the front pearl-snap button closure pocket. Set on a base of a black and white heavy cotton tablecloth with rainbow embroidery on the base. Interior is fully lined with a double pock, all made from vintage fabric & finished off with a salvaged metal zipper. Tote bag handles are a soft cotton webbing in olive green.
