White Willow Bark Pain Salve by Pickles Potions

Pickle’s Potions worked with a holistic doctor to create a rub that can help with pain – it contains herbs and oils that are purported to help with bone and tendon pain. It has white willow bark (natural source of aspirin), arnica, feverfew, comfrey, plantain, nettle, meadowsweet, emu oil, St. John’s Wort, and essential oils, including helichrysum, plai, turmeric, ginger, and clove. It is really an awesome recipe!

This Pickle’s Potions salve is specifically formulated with ingredients that may help with pain – not only arthritis pain but also joint, nerve, and muscular issues.

Please be aware that this product contains a natural source of aspirin (salicin): do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to aspirin products. If you are under the care of a physician, please consult with your doctor prior to using this potion.

*Willow Bark: can help to reduce inflammation and pain.
*Emu oil: contains fatty acids that can help reduce pain and swelling.
*Arnica: reported to be wonderful for bruising, sprains, soreness, and arthritis relief.
*St. John’s Wort: may reduce inflammation and pain, including nerve pain.
*Nettle: an anti-inflammatory that has been used for centuries for helping to suppress arthritis pain.
*Feverfew: is reported to reduce inflammation in joints and tissues. It may relieve the symptoms of arthritis, especially arthritis in the active inflammatory stage.
*Meadowsweet: contains high levels of salicylic acid, which is natural aspirin, and reduces pain.
*Turmeric: can reduce pain, inflammation, and stiffness related to rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA).
*Plai: oil from Thailand that is highly purported to be effective for pain and inflammation.
*Ginger: reduces stiffness and joint pain.
*Clove Bud: has been successfully used to ease arthritis symptoms, rheumatism, lower back pain, bone pain, and sciatica.
*Synergistic blend of essential oils that help reduce pain, increase blood flow, and reduce inflammation (helichrysum, black pepper, galangal, rosemary, peppermint, frankincense, eucalyptus, and lavender).

Herbs are infused in rice bran oil and grapeseed oil, and the salve is formulated with local, natural beeswax.
