Moo – Sheep Sponsorship

Moo is Finnish sheep. He was named Moo as he resembled a Holstein calf when he was born. He was a bottle lamb raised by Attwood Farm in neighboring Poland, ME.  He is very inquisitive and friendly. He seeks attention.

The “sponsor” program is an opportunity for you to support Shaker Village and the restoration of the Shaker Barn. Your one-time donation of $200—representing less than 55 cents a day—provides the support we need to fulfill the additional drainage and structural work on the Barn renovation to keep these animals safe and well homed.

Each sponsorship recipient will receive:
– A handmade sheep ornament made from Shaker wool
– A 5×7 photograph of Moo
– A certificate of your sponsorship with their personal story
– Donor will receive a tax receipt

Sending as a gift? … If you choose to sponsor as a gift for a friend or relative be sure to provide their name and mailing address in the “Ship to” section of your cart and any personal note in the “Note” section.

This sponsorship counts towards our Sheep VS Cows fundraiser and will be tallied into the Sheep team!
