Wall Hanging Basket for cards or mail made with Ash stakes, natural and dyed reed, hand painted ash strip featuring snowy pine trees, sea grass rim filler, and leather handle. Handmade by Kathryn Polletto of Kennebunk Basketry in Kennebunk, ME.
Measures approximately 10″ wide, 1″ top flares to 7″ wide, 9.5″ high.
Kathryn has been weaving baskets for over 35 years and is a 2021 Artisan featured in Early American Life Magazine’s Directory of Traditional American Crafts.
