Herb Chopper handmade by Maple Iron Forge, Dave Nutting, of Oxford, Maine.
This beautiful hand forged culinary tool is crafted from 1084 high carbon steel. Entire blade is approximately 5″ long. Ergonomic handle makes this a comfort to use!
Handwash, and dry after use. Treat as you would a cast iron pan, by applying vegetable oil and heating in the oven occasionally.
