Tuna & Thyme Loaf

3-7 oz cans tuna fish, drained and flaked
1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Shaker Parsley
2 tablespoons Shaker Thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly in the order given. Pack into a 1-1/2 quart buttered loaf pan. Bake uncovered in a preheated 375º oven for 1 hour or until browned on the top.
